Job summary

Salem Clinic is seeking a Specialized Imaging Scheduler to coordinate MRI, CT, US, Echo, and Mammography exams. You will liaise with patients and clinical staff, answer calls, and enter radiology orders in the EHR. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and customer service skills.

Full-time position with benefits; standard hours Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week. Prior scheduling experience in medical imaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to accommodate flexible hours and shifts.
• Data entry in EHR (Epic), Cadence/Radiant, LIS and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule radiology examinations (MRI, CT, US, Echo, Mammography).
• Act as liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and take messages.
• Enter lab and radiology orders in EHR.
• Refer to insurance/Referral as needed; coordinate with departments.
