Responsibilities

• Schedule diagnostic service exams across Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and Nuclear Medicine with knowledge of inter-department relationships.
• Develop and maintain a professional rapport with a high volume of callers daily.
• Interpret physician orders into specific exams accurately.
• Ask targeted questions to determine patient needs.
• Provide clear, understandable instructions to patients and staff regarding exams and treatment issues.
• Maintain a professional, courteous communication style at all times.
