Job summary

Heritage Valley Beaver in Beaver, PA is seeking a full-time scheduling specialist for Diagnostic Service exams across Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and Nuclear Medicine. Shifts run 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with various schedules.

You will interpret physician orders, coordinate with multiple departments, maintain calm, provide clear patient instructions, and deliver excellent caller service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background in medical terminology is required.
• Experience with computers and general office software.
• Ability to remain calm and patient during peak periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Diagnostic Service exams for multiple departments.
