Job summary

Talentify in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk duties at our outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, explain what to expect, and coordinate their next appointment.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour (experience dependent). Benefits include generous PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, and company-matched 401(k) retirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
