Job summary

Talentify in Sapulpa, OK is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and guide them through their visit and upcoming appointment. You will schedule appointments, handle patient communications, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and operations teams to support the center's daily functions.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with schedule variations and a starting pay of $15.00/hour based on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Medical Office Experience required.
• 1 year of Front Desk Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit flow and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance providers, translation companies, market ops, and business development teams; maintain communication.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
