Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Sapulpa, OK, to manage front-desk operations and patient flow with a focus on care experience from arrival to checkout.

You will register patients, schedule visits, and handle insurance verifications and co-pays while supporting the outpatient physical therapy center’s business functions and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience.
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and upcoming appointments as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys? insurers? and translation companies as needed; support operations and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour(pending experience)

• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
