Job summary

Talentify in Parkville, MO, is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk operations at our outpatient physical therapy center. This full-time role offers weekdays 8am-5pm with a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and verify insurance while coordinating with attorneys, insurers, and translation services as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
