Job summary

Talentify in Jenks, OK is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet and register patients at the front desk and to assist with scheduling and information for visits. This full-time role supports both the patient experience and center operations.

The position involves coordinating appointments, communicating with insurers and related offices, collecting co-pays, and handling authorizations. Mentorship, PTO, medical plans, and a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
