Select Medical in Conyers, GA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk and administrative tasks in our outpatient physical therapy center. The role involves greeting patients, handling registrations, scheduling, and coordinating communications with attorneys, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth visits and efficient workflows.

The position is full-time with a schedule of Mon/Wed/Fri 7am–4pm and Tue/Thu 8am–5pm, starting at $15 per hour, with benefits including PTO,

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Front Desk experience
• 1 year of Medical Office experience

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location: Conyers,GA

Type of Employment: Fulltime

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday (7am to 4pm) & Tuesday/Thursday (8am to 5pm)

Compensation:Starting at 15/hr (pending experience)
