Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our East Hanover, NJ outpatient physical therapy center. In this front desk role you will welcome patients, register them, and guide them through the visit and next appointment. You will balance patient service with business needs to ensure a smooth check-in and checkout experience.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, with compensation of $18-$22 per hour, and includes mentorship, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Health Care Experience.
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
