Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Ashburn, VA. This full-time role is on-site with a weekday 8am–4:30pm schedule and $18–$22/hour compensation based on experience.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule visits, and handle communications with insurers and related offices to ensure smooth patient flow and billing accuracy. A strong Front Desk and Medical Office background is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year front desk experience.
• At least 1 year medical office experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health Care Experience
• Previous Therapy Experience
• 1 Year of OP Experience
