Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Decatur, GA to greet patients, register them, and guide them through their visit process. The role includes scheduling, coordinating with insurers, and handling payments at the front desk.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of front desk and medical office experience, along with customer service skills. This full-time position offers weekday hours and benefits.

Responsabilités

Overview

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Decatur, GA

Type of Employment: Fulltime

Schedule: Weekdays - Varies (40 hours weekly)

Compensation: Starting at 16/hr (pending experience)

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance Verification Experience
• 1 Year of Scheduling Experience
• Customer Service Experience
