US Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy Florida clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2+ years of medical office support, knowledge of insurance processes, and strong customer service skills. HIPAA compliance and confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in medical admin support preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes and coding (CPT, ICD-9/ICD-10) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer questions at check-in.
• Answer calls, provide information, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Register patients and update demographics and financial info.
• Maintain patient records and handle data entry tasks.
• Assist with billing, denials review, and daily reporting.
