Aoaortho is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors in Wichita. You will check patients in and out, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and support general front desk operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality in a fast-paced medical office setting. Prior front desk or medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Medical office experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Check in patients, verify demographics and insurance information, and update records as needed.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as requested.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with administrative projects and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
