Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient typing and familiarity with Windows.
• Experience with multiple computer systems and registration software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients and families.
• Verify patient and insurance information and enter it accurately into the registration system.
• Schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups, referrals, and tests.
• Greet patients professionally in person and over the phone and respond to their needs.
