Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience required.
• Proficient typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and families.
• Obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter into registration system accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments including return visits, referrals, diagnostic testing/procedures.
• Greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone and respond effectively to patients and their families.
