• Associate-level candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and families, greeting them professionally in person and by phone.
• Obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments, including return visits, referrals, and diagnostic testing.
• Set the tone for the visit and respond effectively to patients and families.
