Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator to move projects forward across design and procurement phases. You’ll update ESP data, coordinate vendors, support planners and Revit, and produce accurate reports for owners, architects, and project managers.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD. This on-site role offers ESOP ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and inventory practices.
• Clear written communication and active listening; accurate notetaking.

Responsibilities

• Update ESP data and coordinate vendors and meetings across design and procurement phases.
• Review drawings with Planners for dimensional accuracy and track deliverable timelines.
• Assist in developing client-facing materials and prepare budget summaries and reports.
• Coordinate with medical equipment, IT, and furniture vendors to input data into ESP.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and update ESP and trackers accordingly.
• Arrange site visits, inventories, and movemanagement logistics; support procurement schedules.
