Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator in Dallas to move projects forward by updating ESP data, coordinating vendors, supporting planners and Revit, and producing reports across design and procurement phases.

The role requires reviewing drawings, developing materials, maintaining filing, and generating budget summaries while coordinating with project managers and clients. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Office suite; familiarity with databases and inventory practices.
• Ability to read plans in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Clear written communication and note-taking.
• Detail-oriented organization with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings with Medical Equipment Planners for accuracy and track timelines.
• Develop client-facing materials and create/update the Medical Equipment Responsibilities Matrix.
• Set up new client folders and maintain electronic filing for submittals, drawings, and correspondence.
• Prepare budget summaries, room reports, and other reports for owners, architects, and project managers.
• Coordinate with medical equipment, IT, and furniture vendors to add data into SSR's ESP system.
• Attend meetings, take notes, produce minutes, and update ESP and trackers.
• Arrange site visits, inventories, and move-management logistics; support procurement schedules and delivery/installation coordination.
• Follow up with the Revit team on progress of equipment drawings; learn basic Revit tasks.
