Job summary

SSR is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator to keep projects moving by updating ESP data, coordinating vendors and meetings, and supporting planners and Revit across design and procurement phases.

You will review drawings with Medical Equipment Planners for accuracy, prepare reports, and help develop the Equipment Responsibilities Matrix while coordinating with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR 3+ years of computer database or related experience
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and inventory practices
• Basic knowledge of hospital/clinic procedures and department functions; ability to read plans in Revit and AutoCAD
• Clear written communication, speech clarity, and active listening; accurate notetaking and proofreading
• Detail-oriented organization with sound judgment and ability to juggle multiple activities

Responsibilities

• Update ESP data and coordinate vendors and meetings.
• Support planners and Revit, produce accurate reports and deliverables.
• Review drawings with Medical Equipment Planners for accuracy and timelines.
• Create/update the Medical Equipment Responsibilities Matrix and distribute to project manager and client.
• Prepare budget summaries, room reports, and other reports for owners, architects, and PMs.
• Coordinate with medical equipment, IT, and furniture vendors to add data into ESP.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and update ESP and trackers.
• Arrange site visits, inventories, and logistics; support procurement schedules.
