You will prepare accurate reports, maintain project documentation, and help manage budgets, meetings, and client deliverables, collaborating with medical equipment, IT, and furniture vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR 3+ years of computer database or related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and inventory practices.
• Clear written communication, notes, and proofreading; ability to read plans in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Detail-oriented organization with strong judgment and ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment drawings for dimensional accuracy and track deliverable timelines.
• Coordinate with Medical Equipment Planners, vendors, and the project team across phases.
• Prepare budget summaries, client deliverables, and meeting minutes.
• Set up client folders, submittals, drawings, and ESP/ trackers updates.
• Assist in RFP/RFI development and respond with the Medical Equipment Planner.
• Support Revit team progress and learn basic Revit tasks for equipment drawings.
