Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator to keep complex healthcare projects moving. You will update ESP data, coordinate vendors and meetings, and support planners and Revit across design and procurement phases.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, accurate reporting, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates bring Revit/AutoCAD familiarity and strong communication skills in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR 3+ years of computer database or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Update ESP data and coordinate vendors and meetings.
• Support planners and Revit, and produce accurate reports and deliverables across design and procurement phases.
• Review drawings with Medical Equipment Planners for dimensional accuracy and documentation.
• Create/update the Medical Equipment Responsibilities Matrix and distribute to the project manager and client.
• Arrange site visits, inventories, and movemanagement logistics.
