Job summary

Numotion is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional in Dallas, TX to process new equipment requests, verify insurance, and coordinate orders. You will enter data accurately, respond to inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of mobility products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Preferred: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge
• Proficient data entry and use of order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and collects demographics
• Verifies insurance eligibility and explains financial responsibilities
• Enters orders and maintains data in the order processing system
• Responds to inquiries and complaints to boost satisfaction and turnaround times
• Works with staff to resolve issues without transfers or escalation
• Schedules ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations
• Meets productivity and performance standards
• Participates in department initiatives to improve results
• Complies with Numotion policies and confidentiality requirements
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
