Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is expanding its sales force across the United States. As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will build relationships with hospital and physician customers, present MDL's PCR-based infectious disease testing offerings, and help clinics understand how our services improve patient care.

You will travel within the coverage area, develop a robust sales pipeline, report on accounts and territory activity, and partner with the Regional Manager to grow MDL's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to professional audiences (physicians, laboratory staff, clinics and group practices).
• Establish positive long-term client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients.
• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and territory management.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and territory management activities.
• Work closely with Regional Manager to develop assigned territory in line with company's objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory.
