IQVIA is partnering with a Medtech client to build a team of Associate Territory Representatives. This entry point into medical device sales focuses on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics in a pure hunting model, with a clear path to Territory Manager roles and beyond.

You will own a territory, prospect daily, and drive prescription growth with high activity and strong clinical messaging taught by our training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated quota achievement.
• Experience at companies with world-class sales training programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
