Job summary

IQVIA is hiring an Associate Territory Representative to start a career in medical device sales. You will hunt in outpatient clinics, build relationships with physicians and staff, and drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

No inherited book of business; you will build one from scratch. You will be measured on activity, quota attainment, and ability to convert conversations into prescribing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record in metrics-driven sales environment.
• Ability to travel daily within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within accounts.
• Build and manage territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory like a business, including expense budgeting.
