Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This hunter role targets outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians, APPs, and staff to drive catheter and urinary management system prescriptions.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging (training provided).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across territory.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data and activity tracking.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget and expenses.
