Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to build a new territory in outpatient urology and related clinics. You will prospect, educate clinicians on benefits, and pursue a prescribing relationship in a pure hunter role.

No book of business is inherited; success comes from disciplined prospecting and high call Volume. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement and a Bachelor’s degree, plus willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Experience with top sales training programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
