Tethered Talent is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Northern California, field-based in medical device sales. You will provide procedural and clinical support, cover surgical cases, train clinicians, and contribute to territory growth.

This developmental role offers mentorship, a path to Territory Manager, travel up to 80%, and exposure to operating room environments with strict adherence to patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (B2B or healthcare).
• Comfortable in operating room environments and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to travel up to 80% with regular overnights.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and self-motivation.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for future promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on procedural case coverage and in-service training for OR staff.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive territory activity and product adoption.
• Build relationships with clinical decision-makers and hospital committees.
• Analyze territory performance and support local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety guidelines and OR protocols.
