Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to drive growth, build provider relationships, and support patients at home with non-opioid medical devices. You will manage a territory, educate clinicians, and personally deliver devices, training patients on proper use.

This commission-only, 1099 role offers uncapped earning potential, with typical earnings of $60,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance. You’ll need to travel locally and lift up to 40 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities
