Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support surgical cases and professional training within the Biotechnology and Medical Devices team. You will work with field sales and marketing to drive targets and provide hands-on training to healthcare professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience, with up to ~80% travel and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of general sales experience.
• Team environment experience, especially with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales teams to plan and execute training and technical support for clinical cases.
• Collaborate with sales management to prioritize targeted customers, cases, and training events.
• Support the development of regional physician proctors for training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital staff and support personnel.
• Assist Marketing with territory physician training seminars and regional centers of excellence.
• Provide support for regional marketing events, conventions, and symposia.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials in a presentable manner.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Aim for a minimum of three OR visits and four surgeon contacts per day.
• Know product prices, discounts, and availability; maintain samples and brochures.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge for hospital in-services.
• Manage expenses within allocated budget.
