Job summary

Diversatek Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for its Northern California Territory. You will sell gastrointestinal products directly to hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers, collaborating with nurses and physicians across GI, endoscopy, and operating room departments.

The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, 1–2 years of medical sales experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Willingness to travel up to 50% and a proven quota track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Develop relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians to drive sales in the territory.
• Utilize CRM to manage prospects and accounts and track opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Attend trade shows and conferences within the territory as assigned.
