Job summary

IQVIA Inc., in partnership with a Medtech client, is building a team of Associate Territory Representatives. This entry point into medical device sales targets outpatient urology clinics and involves educating clinicians, driving prescriptions, and building a territory from the ground up.

You will operate with a hunter mindset, prospect daily, and manage a business-like territory. You don’t inherit a book of business; you build one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record of quota achievement in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Proven hunter mentality with a drive to outwork the competition.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians and clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
