Job summary

IQVIA is partnering with a Medtech client to hire an Associate Territory Representative, an entry-point role into medical device sales. You will hunt in outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will learn the clinical side and use a metrics-driven approach to grow your own territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
