Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative for Columbus/Cleveland in Central Ohio. This entry point role targets outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, educating clinicians, and driving prescription volume.

You will build a personal territory and manage it like a business, with a focus on consistent, KPI-driven activity. You don't need prior medical device sales experience; you will receive training and develop a hunter mindset, coaching, and clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence to engage physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
