Rep-Lite is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Miami, FL to launch a medical device sales career. You will partner with experienced Territory Managers to build physician relationships, support clinical customers, and grow business across your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 25-50% with overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, B2B outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel 25–50% across the territory, including 1–2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate healthcare providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization, and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while becoming a trusted resource for customers.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
