Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Providence, RI to partner with experienced Territory Managers and expand the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies in your territory. You will gain hands-on experience building physician relationships, supporting clinical customers, and growing the business while laying the foundation for a long-term medical device sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, B2B outside, or healthcare sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and staff.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Increase product awareness, utilization and customer engagement.
• Execute territory business plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement and clinical workflows.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and be a trusted resource.
• Maintain accurate territory activity and sales reporting.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales goals.
