The role targets early-career professionals with 1–2 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales, offering structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to a Territory Manager role. Expect 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, B2B outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with 25-50% travel (1-2 overnights per week).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business in your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare staff, and administrators.
• Support and target healthcare accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain territory activity.
