Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative healthcare technology leader seeking ambitious, early‑career sales professionals for medical device sales on Long Island. This associate role offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and a clear path into a Territory Manager position.

You'll develop physician relationships, support clinical customers, and execute territory plans while learning healthcare economics and reimbursement within physician offices and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, B2B outside, or healthcare sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with 25–50% travel, including 1–2 overnights weekly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business across your territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare staff.
• Educate providers on diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate territory reporting.
• Execute territory business plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Learn healthcare economics and reimbursement workflows.
