This is a pure hunter role with no inherited accounts. You will build your own territory and have a clear path to Senior Territory Manager roles through disciplined prospecting and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Strong professional sales track record in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your territory budget.
