Job summary

IQVIA MedTech Field Service Technician in Nashville covers on-site installations,updates, and preventative maintenance for infusion pumps across the United States. You will work with hospital staff, test devices, and document results while maintaining strong customer service and technical standards.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience, 3–5 years field experience, and the ability to travel with a 40-hour week plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 3–5 years field experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot setup, issues and remote closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
• Assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week and overtime as needed.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
