Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead installation, updates and service for medical devices such as infusion pumps and batteries across hospitals in the United States.

This 100% travel role requires an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical training, strong troubleshooting and excellent communication. A valid driver license and the ability to travel nationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (3–5 years).
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot setup and issues remotely across software programs.
• Excellent communication and time management; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team deploying, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
• Install, update, and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Document and submit daily data and maintain quality documentation.
• Travel 100% to regions nationwide and maintain 40+ hour weeks as needed.
