Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead on-site installations, updates, and service for infusion pumps and medical devices across hospitals in the United States.

This 100% travel position requires driving, a valid license, and the ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally. You will test, document, and support devices while collaborating with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service training.
• 3–5 years field experience in a related role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot remotely across software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hospital support and customer communication.
• Install, update, test, and configure medical devices and networks.
• Document data, perform routine checks, and maintain quality records.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally with 40+ hour weeks.
