The role requires travel nationally and regionally, with a 40+ hour work week, and emphasizes strong communication, troubleshooting, and independent work in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience preferred.
• 3–5 years field experience in biomedical or technical service roles.
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely across software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals across the United States.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to on-site hospital staff.
• Test, update, and document hardware/software/network configurations and data.
