Job summary

IQVIA is seeking MedTech Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead teams installing, updating, and servicing medical devices such as infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States. The role is 100% travel with 40+ hours per week and potential overtime.

You will communicate with on-site staff, test and document device configurations, and ensure quality documentation. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent, 3–5 years field experience, strong computer skills,

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent military/technical program.
3–5 years field service experience preferred.
Strong computer skills and troubleshooting across multiple software programs.
Excellent communication and business acumen, able to work independently or in a team.
Valid driver license and ability to travel up to national scope.

Responsibilities

Lead and support field service activities installing, updating, and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
Communicate with on-site staff and document device tests and configurations.
Maintain records of data, test results, and credentialing requirements.
Travel regionally and nationally; 40+ hour weeks with overtime as needed.
