Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks Field Service Technicians and Engineers to install, update, and service medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals across the United States. This is a 100% travel role with paid travel and opportunities to advance in the medical device industry.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
Strong computer skills with remote troubleshooting across software.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
Must have active, unrestricted driver license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site communication and support to hospital staff.
Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware/software.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
Submit daily data and maintain high-quality documentation.
Full-time travel with 40+ hours per week; travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
