Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, update, and perform preventative maintenance on infusion pumps in hospitals across the United States. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and deliver exceptional customer service while advancing technical skills in the medical device field.

Ideal candidates have biomedical or technical field service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Biomedical degree or equivalent biomedical/technical experience with medical devices.
• 3–5 years field service experience in medical devices or equipment.
• Strong computer skills for remote troubleshooting and setup across software programs.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication.
• Must have an active, unrestricted driver license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data; maintain high standards of documentation quality.
• Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule with overtime as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
