Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military or technical training.
• 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Ability to travel nationally.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for local assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, install, configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Record data from product tests and document daily activities.
• Travel locally, regionally and nationally; 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Maintain credentialing requirements and immunization status as required by facilities.
