Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a travel-heavy role across hospitals in the United States. You will install, update and service infusion pumps and batteries, coordinating with healthcare staff and ensuring service quality.

The position requires 40+ hours weekly with local, regional, and national travel, a valid driver's license and own vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 3-5 years field service experience required.
• Active, unrestricted driver license and personal vehicle required.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and immunization up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data with high-quality product support documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally on assignment, 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed.
