Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in biomedical or technical field service required.
• 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot across multiple software programs.
• Active and unrestricted driver license and own vehicle required for local work.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high quality documentation.
• Travel 40+ hours per week locally, regionally, and nationally as required.
